Did Chewbacca really eat the porg in The Last Jedi? I don’t know about him but my guest and I did. Not guilt about it!

You will need:
For the Adobo:
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground Coriander
- 1 tsp Oregano
For the chicken:
- 4 lbs of boneless and skinless chicken thighs
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- salt to taste
- 1/4 cup whole milk yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 10-12 Skewers
For the Guava Glaze (Optional):
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic minced
- 1 cup Guava paste
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2-3 limes
- cayenne pepper
Instructions:
- For the adobo: Mix all ingredients from the adobo together.
- For the chicken: Cut each thigh in three pieces. Add oil, 3 tbsp of adobo, garlic, at least 2 tsp salt and yogurt. Marinate chicken in mixture for at least an hour or leave overnight.
- Place skewers in water for 20 mins. Weave three pieces of chicken onto each skewer.
- Place on broiling pan and broil turning constantly until done.
- For the glaze: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. add garlic and cayenne pepper to taste and cook until fragant (1 minute). Add the guava paste, 1/2 cup water and Worcestershire sauce and cook until smooth.
- Glaze the chicken or serve chicken with guava glaze as dipping sauce.
